Mobile Networks are making it increasingly difficult, if not impossible, for MSP’s and Telecoms Resellers to compete for mobile services in the corporate sector.
Whilst the reseller channel has proven time and time again that it can deliver value added services to customers; the mobile networks invariably opt to undercut the channel on pricing and offer corporate customers exclusive discounts on data and devices that are inaccessible to the rest of the market.
As a result, many MSP’s and resellers simply can’t compete to win or even retain their larger customers, placing threats on their business revenues, hindering growth and impacting their business value.
