In the planning phase we’ll fully review your requirements and work with your IT team to fully document and test all of the staging and preparation processes needed to ensure the consistent delivery of devices to your users and business.
2 | Mobile Device Sourcing
As part of Device Lifecycle Management services, your business will automatically have access to our device sourcing service, with options for leasing & insurance. Alternatively our customers are welcome to source devices separately and simply deliver these to us for preparation.
3 | Device Staging & Enrolment
With our tailored service we can prepare your mobile devices to any specification required, enabling your business to efficiently deliver “ready to use” devices to your users, along with any accessories and supporting information. Our service can also include end-user remote training videos and communications.
4 | Delivery & Logistics
Our Device Lifecycle Management services offer a wide range of delivery options that can be combined to support a range of deployments. Our delivery options range from courier delivery to remote workers, through to fully branded VIP white glove and pop up “tech bar” options for on-site device distribution.
5 | Inventory Preparation
In preparation for completion of the project, we’ll ensure that your IT team have an accurate and detailed inventory of all devices issued as part of the refresh project including where appropriate device IMEI and serial numbers, warranty information and allocated user details.
6 | Project Handover
In the final stage of the project, we’ll complete a full project briefing with your IT team and transfer the final project inventory and updated process and deployment documents, to ensure your in house team are ready to pick up the “in-life” support for users.
